Have no fear, the Shagman is here! I felt that I should comment on this one to clarify a couple of minor details that HH seemed to have missed. First, Dr. Steven Greer (not Richard) runs a complimentary website to his work with Disclosure and CSETI called the "Orion Project". Check out-
http://www.orionproject.org/ So, it's Orion Project, not "Omaga" or "Omega". The stated purpose of the Orion Project is to find and fast track a provable "free energy" device that is past the proof-of-concept stage of development and get it out to the public to take us off the oil, coal, nuclear, and gas tit that we have been sucking on for far too long. At the recent "Secrets" Conference in Tempe, AZ this past November, he claimed to have actually found such a scientist, whose zero-point quantum flux field technology would indeed free this planet from hydrocarbon polluting domination.
His only problem is staying alive long enough to work with Greer's team, which he is supposedly in the process of doing now that he's back in the country from his exile. Once again, how much of this is true is one's only guess. This is just what Dr. Greer said at his Keynote address that I attended. I've also got a copy of his presentation on DVD that I've been handing out. As far as Hal Putoff is concerned, I don't know anything about him working with Hal directly...although I'm sure Greer is familiar with his work at SRI, with Uri Geller, and here in Austin at his lab still doing work. I doubt that Hal is the aforementioned "genius scientist" that Dr. Greer is working with to develop "free energy", though he's certainly a very intelligent guy who is familiar with these projects.
Supposedly, the genius scientist was working with Black-Ops contractors privy to technology involved from ARVs (Alien Reproduction Vehicles) back-engineered from actual crashed saucers that Greer claims are being downed by US using scalar-based electromagnetic beam weapons. Again, this is all speculative on my part but supposedly first-hand knowledge on Greer's part. Anyway, check out Dr. Greer's "Briefing for President Barack Obama" that he read at the conference in full and it re-printed in the latest edition of Nexus Magazine. It's an amazing letter that definitely puts the new President on notice that the status-quo with regard to ET secrecy and energy dependency to outworn models just isn't good enough and won't continue to be tolerated in the future.
